The Specialized Certificate in Culinary Cannabis & Edibles is a 30-hour, self-paced course designed for professional chefs, home cooks, cannabis enthusiasts, or anyone wishing to work with cannabis-infused cuisine and wants to become more knowledgeable on the art and science behind edibles and infused culinary creations.
The course covers many areas, including cannabis history, anatomy, forms of cannabis, the endocannabinoid system, cannabinoids, terpenes, safety procedures, accurate dosing, tolerance, cannabis math, equipment, extraction methods, and incorporating cannabis into recipes.
You will complete this specialized certificate course by reading through a series of content modules and will be quizzed throughout each module. At the end of the course there is a final exam, and you must earn 80 percent to complete the course and earn the ACF Specialized Certificate in Culinary Cannabis & Edibles (certificate and online badge) and 30 continuing education hours.
