Course/Activity Information

During this presentation we’ll explore a holistic approach for our lives by prioritizing the importance of mental health, social connections, physical wellness and wellbeing. During this panel, hosted by ACF Young Chefs Club President, Isaiah Gerrard, we’ll hear from chefs and experts who will share their experiences and insights, as they tackle the topic of taking better care of ourselves, as we discuss changes we’d like to see for our industry. The Chefs will share tips for stress reduction, time management, healthy diets, coping strategies, and how to balance work and family. Join us as we continue this important discussion on self-care and personal health and wellness goals.
