Course/Activity Information
During this culinary demonstration, live from the Yucatan Peninsula, we'll learn how centuries-old traditions continue to influence contemporary Mexican cuisine. The cuisines of Mexico have been named an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO and is rich in history and flavors, and we invite you to tune in as Chef Alejandra guides us through an exploration of the cultural importance, as well as the intricate flavors, techniques, and the historical context that have shaped Mexican culinary identity.
